What are the return conditions?
You can return your product up to 30 days after you have received it.
The product must be unused, including attached labels and returned in the original product packaging.

May I try a product at home?
Yes, you may try your product as you would do in a store. For example: you may put on a motocross helmet to try it on, but do not go riding a motorcycle with it. Also, keep any labels attached while trying it on.
If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it. Please make sure that the product meets the return conditions. That means: unused, including attached labels and original packaging. This way we can still make someone else happy with it.
What are the exceptions to returns?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to return the following products:
- Personalized products (e.g. printed motocross shirts, sticker sets, etc.)
- Custom products (e.g. custom-made exhaust)
- Specially ordered products stated in advance (e.g. very specific original parts)
- Redeemed/used discount codes or vouchers
- Assembled products (e.g. complete assembled wheels including tires, discs, etc.)
- In addition, delivered services or special services are excluded from refunds. Think of: hourly rate (e.g. labor costs for assembling wheels)
- Costs for special shipping options such as Express, etc.

What return options do I have?
Within 30 days after receiving your product, you have 2 return options:
- Exchange your product for another product, with a 50% discount on the return costs (Only: NL/BE/DE/LU/FR/DK/AT).
- Return your product and receive a refund. The return costs will be deducted.
You can indicate your choice when registering your return.
What are the return costs?
The return costs differ per country. You receive a 50% discount on the return costs if you exchange the product (except countries marked with *). When exchanging, we cover the shipping costs for the replacement items.

When returning, we will deduct the return costs from the refund.
Exchange
When exchanging, the return costs will be settled with the total amount. If an additional payment is required, you will receive a payment request in the return confirmation. For a refund, we will transfer the price difference back within a maximum of 5 working days.

How long does the return process take?
The duration of your return process depends on the type of return:
Return
Depending on how quickly the carrier delivers the return to us, we will process the return within two working days. The amount will then be refunded within 5 working days.
Exchange
Depending on how quickly the carrier delivers the return to us, we will process the return within two working days. If any payments have been completed and all replacement items are in stock, we will ship them immediately. Of course, we will process this as quickly as possible so that you receive your replacement order as soon as possible.
How do I return a product?
This is how you send your return to MX Deals:
- Register your return. Clearly state whether you want to exchange or return the package.
- Make sure each product to be returned is unused, including attached labels, and properly packed. In addition, the product must be in the original product packaging. Make sure everything meets the return conditions.
- Pack your return neatly and securely. It doesn’t matter which packaging you use, but do NOT use the original product packaging for shipping.
- Print the return label you receive and stick it neatly on the package. Make sure the old shipping label is no longer visible. You will receive the shipping label within 30 minutes after you have received the return confirmation from us. The return confirmation will be sent within 1 working day. Note: the return label is only valid within the specified return period.
- Drop off your package at the nearest parcel point. The shipping label contains the Track & Trace code to follow your package.
What if I exchange my product for a cheaper or more expensive product?
- Cheaper product: after receiving your return, we will refund the price difference within a maximum of 5 working days and ship the replacement order as soon as possible. We will refund using the same payment method you originally used.
- More expensive product: you will receive a payment request from us for the price difference. As soon as we have received your payment, we will send the replacement order to you as soon as possible.
Where can I drop off my return order?
You can drop off your return order at the nearest parcel point. Before you receive the return label from us, we will indicate which carrier can be used to return the package. Below you will find the parcel points of the carriers we work with:
- DPD
- UPS
- DHL
- PostNL
Which carrier and the corresponding parcel points can be found in the ‘return label’ email you receive from us.
May I ship my return order with my own label?
Please use the return label we provide so that the package is traceable and insured. We cannot be held liable for lost or damaged packages that were shipped in other ways.
Do you pick up my product at home or do I have to return it myself?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up a return at your home. You must return the product yourself using the instructions we provide.
Can I return my product in the store?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to physically drop off a product at our address. This must always be done via shipping.
How do I track my return shipment?
After your return shipment has been dropped off at a parcel point, you will receive an email with the Track & Trace. You will also receive an email when your return shipment has been received by us.
When can I expect my money back?
After receiving your return, we will refund the amount within a maximum of 5 working days. We do this using the payment method you originally used.
May I return a personalized product?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to return personalized products.
What if my product was delivered damaged or defective?
We will of course solve that for you! Customer service must always assess the damaged or defective product.
If the product was delivered damaged or defective and you have registered the return within the return period, we will provide you with a replacement product free of charge. The product must still meet all stated return conditions. That means in any case unused, including attached labels, and properly packed.
Will I get my full purchase amount back?
Yes, as long as you meet all return conditions, you will receive the full purchase amount of the items back. If your return does not meet the return conditions, a depreciation may be applied.

Can I cancel my order?
We are sorry to hear that you want to cancel your order. In that case, please contact us as soon as possible to ensure that the package has not yet left our warehouse.
What should I do if I received a different product than ordered?
That is not supposed to happen, our apologies for the inconvenience! We kindly ask you to contact us so we can solve it for you properly.
What should I do if I did not receive a return label?
That’s unfortunate! Please contact us to receive the return label anyway.
Can I return or exchange one of the products from my order?
Can I cancel my return?
That is possible! We kindly ask you to inform customer service so they can cancel your return. If the return period has expired, your return will automatically be void.
