How does a gift card work?
After purchase, you receive a gift card with a unique code. This code can be entered during checkout to deduct the amount from the order.
How long is a gift card valid?
Our gift cards are valid for 12 months after the date of issue, unless stated otherwise on the card.
Will I get money back if I don’t use the full amount?
The remaining balance simply stays on the gift card and can be used later during a next order.
Can I return or exchange a gift card?
No, gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for money.
Can I send a gift card as a present to someone else?
Yes! During ordering you can enter the recipient’s email address and add a personal message.
