How do I place an order at MX Deals?

Search for a product, choose size/colour/variant and click on ‘Add to cart’. Then click on ‘Checkout’, fill in your details and choose a payment method. You will immediately receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

Must I create an account to place an order?

No, you can also order without an account. With an account you can order faster, follow your order status, view invoices and save products.

Can I still change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as your order has not yet been processed or shipped. For this, contact us as soon as possible via 085 – 401 2915 or info@mx-deals.nl. If your order has already been shipped, you can return it after receipt.

How do I know if a product is in stock?

The stock status is shown on each product page. After selecting a size or colour you will see the current availability.

When will my order be delivered?

If you order on a working day before 16:00 and the item is in stock, then it is usually shipped the same day. You will receive a Track & Trace code as soon as your order is on its way.

How do I choose the right size?

Use the size charts on our website. Per brand or product we provide extra size advice when possible. If in doubt you can contact our customer service.

How can I view the status of my order?

You can view your order status via the order status page on our website with your order number and e-mail address.

Are my data safe at MX Deals?

Yes. We work according to the applicable privacy legislation and secured SSL connections. Your data will only be used for orders and – if you give permission – newsletters.
