A pre-order is an order for a product that is not yet in stock, but will become available soon. You reserve the product in advance so you receive it as soon as it is available.

How does a pre-order work?

You choose a product with pre-order status, place an order as normal, and we reserve the product for you. As soon as the manufacturer delivers, we ship it immediately.

When will my pre-order be delivered?

The expected delivery date is shown on the product page. As soon as the product has arrived, you will receive a shipping confirmation with Track & Trace.

Can the delivery date of a pre-order change?

Yes, this can happen due to delay at the manufacturer. If the date shifts, we will inform you of this by e-mail or phone.

Do I have to pay in advance for a pre-order?

Yes, you pay directly during ordering. With your payment your reservation is definitively recorded.
What happens if the price changes after my pre-order?
The price that applies at the moment of ordering remains valid for you, even if the price later rises or falls.

Can I cancel or change my pre-order?

Can I combine a pre-order with products that are in stock?

Yes, that is possible. In that case we ship your entire order as soon as all products are available. Do you want to receive the stock articles earlier? Then contact us for a partial delivery.

Can I pre-order multiple products at the same time?

Yes, you can order multiple pre-order products at the same time. The order will be shipped as soon as all products have arrived.

Will I be kept informed of my pre-order?

Yes, you will receive updates by e-mail. We also inform you directly of any changes in the delivery date.
