These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements concluded via the website(s) of MX-Deals and other platforms on which MX-Deals operates.
Both consumers (B2C) and businesses (B2B) may make purchases from MX-Deals.
For consumers, statutory consumer rights apply; for business customers, the statutory right of withdrawal may be limited or excluded.
Deviations or additions are only valid if confirmed in writing by MX-Deals.

All prices include VAT and exclude any applicable shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.
Obvious mistakes or typographical errors (for example, in prices or product descriptions) do not bind MX-Deals.
Product photos are for illustrative purposes only; actual colors and details may differ.

An agreement is concluded at the moment MX-Deals confirms the order by email.
MX-Deals reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in the event of stock errors, payment issues, or suspected fraud.
The minimum age for orders placed with credit or “pay later” options is 18 years.

Payment can be made using the payment methods indicated on the website: iDEAL, Klarna (pay later), credit card, or PayPal.
When using external payment providers, their respective terms and conditions apply. Any additional costs will be displayed at checkout.
Payment must be completed in full before delivery takes place, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Delivery is carried out by PostNL, DHL, DPD, or a comparable carrier.
Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer.
MX-Deals strives for fast delivery and will deliver within 30 days at the latest, unless otherwise agreed.
Undelivered or refused parcels that are returned to MX-Deals may result in shipping and administrative costs being charged to the customer.

Consumers have the legal right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without stating a reason.
The withdrawal period begins the day after the consumer receives the product.
The consumer bears the cost of the return shipment.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• Products manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications (custom or personalized items)
• Products that perish quickly or have a limited shelf life
• Sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken
• Audio/video recordings or software with a broken seal
• Individual newspapers or magazines

• Products that have been used, soiled, assembled, damaged, or otherwise altered from their original condition upon delivery.

During the withdrawal period, the consumer must handle the product and its packaging with care.
Products must be returned with all accessories and, as far as reasonably possible, in their original condition and packaging.
The consumer is responsible for damage or loss during return shipment if caused by negligence.

Upon valid withdrawal, MX-Deals will refund the purchase amount and standard delivery costs within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method as used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

MX-Deals guarantees legal conformity: a product must perform as reasonably expected by the consumer.
The statutory warranty period for consumers is 2 years from the date of delivery.
Any manufacturer’s warranty applies additionally and does not affect statutory rights.
All delivered products remain the property of MX-Deals until the customer has fully met all obligations arising from the agreement, including payment obligations.
The customer may not pledge or otherwise encumber the products before full payment has been made.

Promotions, discount codes, and gift cards are valid only during the specified period and under the listed conditions.
Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated otherwise.
If (part of) an order is returned, eligibility for discounts or gift cards may lapse, and MX-Deals may recalculate the refund amount.
Gift cards are not exchangeable for cash.

Providing false information, committing return fraud, or purchasing products for resale without prior notice is prohibited.
Abuse or intimidation directed at MX-Deals employees will not be tolerated.
In cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or other unlawful conduct, MX-Deals may refuse, cancel, or block orders and accounts.

All texts, images, product descriptions, and other content on the MX-Deals website are protected by copyright and are the property of MX-Deals or its licensors.
No rights can be derived from the website’s content.
MX-Deals strives to keep the information as complete and up to date as possible, but no rights can be derived from any inaccuracies or typographical errors.
Without prior written consent from MX-Deals, it is not permitted to copy, publish, or use (parts of) the content for commercial purposes.

MX-Deals is only liable for direct damage resulting from intent or gross negligence.
MX-Deals is not liable for indirect or consequential damage, including loss of profit.
In cases of force majeure (including strikes, transport disruptions, pandemics, natural disasters, or government measures), MX-Deals has the right to suspend delivery or dissolve the agreement without liability for damages.
Products must only be used for their intended purpose.
Installation or use of parts is at the user’s own risk. MX-Deals is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect use, installation, or modification of products.

Complaints must be submitted as soon as possible, clearly described, and sent by email or in writing to MX-Deals.
Customers will receive a substantive response within 14 days.
If a complaint cannot be resolved amicably, the competent court in the Netherlands shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

All agreements and disputes are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
Disputes will be submitted solely to the competent court in the Netherlands.

MX-Deals may amend these terms and conditions at any time.
For ongoing agreements, the version that was in force at the time the agreement was concluded shall remain applicable.

MX-Deals processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR).
Personal data are used solely for the performance of the agreement, customer service, and – if the customer has given consent – marketing purposes.

If these general terms and conditions are drawn up in multiple languages, the Dutch version shall prevail in the event of any differences in interpretation.
